Delete your Kaza account
You can permanently delete your account and its data from inside the app at any time.
In the app
- Open Kaza and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
This cannot be undone. A deleted account cannot be recovered.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, phone number, password, photo and bio.
- Your listings, with their photos and videos, or your rental requests.
- Your conversations, with their messages, photos and videos.
- Your likes, the ratings you gave or received, the people you blocked, and the reports you filed.
- The notification tokens for your devices.
All of this is deleted immediately. Your phone number becomes free, and you can use it to sign up again. Copies in our encrypted backups are overwritten during our normal backup cycle. Reports that other users filed about your content may be kept, without your account details, so we can keep Kaza safe.
No longer have the app?
Contact us from the phone number on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm that the number is yours and delete the account within 7 days.
